I’m Ellyn Schinke—systems strategist, sustainable performance coach, and tutor.
On the consulting/coaching side, I help entrepreneurs and small teams build calm, sustainable backends using Notion, automation, and AI (workflows, dashboards, client onboarding, SOPs, and “stop doing everything in your head” operations).
On the tutoring/education consulting side, I provide 1:1 academic tutoring and test prep (including SAT/ACT/AP support), with structured plans, skill-building, and accountability—great for students who need clarity, momentum, and confidence.
